40k Adeptus Custodes: Vertus Praetors

If you want to bring speed to your Adeptus Custodes army, Vertus Praetors are a great addition to Warhammer 40.000. The jetbike models look dynamic right away and stand out clearly from classic infantry units. For Players looking to make their army more mobile, this is often just the right addition. Collectors seeking striking miniatures with a strong presence will also find a set with a distinct faction identity here.

The Vertus Praetors are especially interesting if you want to bring not only elite troops but also speed to your list. Many Custodes projects benefit from including mobile elements alongside their strong ground units. This kit is designed for exactly that. It’s a great choice if you want to expand your army strategically while adding models that immediately stand out on the tabletop.

Collectors especially appreciate the Vertus Praetors for their combination of size, movement, and the distinctive Adeptus Custodes style. The models have a presence that immediately stands out in a display case or in a fully assembled army. If you want to add more than just infantry to your Collection and create visual highlights, this set is just the right fit. It feels compact, but by no means inconspicuous.

The Vertus Praetors are especially interesting for the game when you need a unit you can deploy quickly to make your Custodes army more flexible. The jetbikes noticeably change the pace of a list and help bring more mobility into the game. So if you don’t want to rely only on tough elite units, this is a useful addition. The box adds a dynamic element to an army that might otherwise feel too cumbersome.

Compared to Custodian Guard or other foot troops, the Vertus Praetors offer a completely different playstyle. You’re not buying standard infantry here, but a mobile elite unit with a jetbike feel. This is useful if you already have ground units and want to add more mobility. For Collectors, the difference is appealing too, because the models stand out much more and make building your army more varied.

The box is especially suited to players who see the Adeptus Custodes not just as a rigid elite force, but as a flexible army. If you enjoy using movement and board control, this is a great fit. Modelers will also appreciate the Jetbikes’ striking design, which offers plenty to work with when painting and displaying them. If you’re looking for a project that stands out from standard infantry units, this set is a great choice.

The Vertus Praetors have the greatest impact when they’re part of an existing Adeptus Custodes army. That way, they provide not only visual variety but also a clear tactical element. Of course, the box is also a great choice for anyone building a miniature collection without intending to play, as long as they like the models’ size and distinctive jetbike style. This kit is especially well suited to targeted army expansions.

As a gift for Warhammer 40.000 Players focused on the Adeptus Custodes, this kit is easy to understand. The jetbikes immediately look high-quality, and their value for an army or Collection is clear. If you’re looking for a model that feels distinctive but is still easy to identify, this is an obvious choice. Fans of mobile elite units in particular will be delighted.
